The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of projects within Brightwater's Commercial division, with a focus on Home Care and including acquisition opportunities.
This role ensures projects are aligned with the Brightwater Project Management Framework, managing end-to-end processes from business case development to execution while providing timely updates on progress, risks, and key issues. The Manager will also develop and evaluate project management tools to standardize approaches and ensure consistent, efficient project delivery.
The role requires a strategic mindset and strong project management expertise, ensuring initiatives align with organizational objectives and delivering results through effective leadership and collaboration.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial and Community Officer, this role is offered on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, regular updates to the Executive Group and stakeholder engagement are also essential tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary or formal qualifications in Project Management.
Demonstrated experience in project implementation including end-to-end completion and successful rollout.
Demonstrated experience in project management including developing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating a portfolio of projects successfully achieving project objectives.
Demonstrated ability to provide written advice and information to diverse stakeholders, with experience in the preparation of reports, briefs, business cases, and project plans.
Proven skills in leadership, change management, teamwork, establishing successful working relationships, and working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Well-developed skills in problem-solving, the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and use resources effectively, safely, and efficiently.
Excellent computer and technology skills with a sound understanding of Microsoft applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project).
Working knowledge of aged care and disability sectors and associated reforms (desirable).
Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
