About the role:
Immakulate Constructions is seeking a driven individual to take the role of Project Manager and join our dynamic team.
This full-time role will be based in Warragul, VIC 3820 and will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our diverse and unique construction projects.
What you'll be doing: Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completionDeveloping and implementing project plans, schedules and purchase ordersCoordinating and leading multidisciplinary project teamsMonitoring project progress; identifying and mitigating risksEnsuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards and quality requirementsProviding regular progress updates to key stakeholdersCollaborating with clients, contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budgetWhat we're looking for: Extensive experience in the construction industryInitiative and willingness to develop new skillsExceptional problem-solving skillsStrong communication and management abilitiesThorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety standardsProficient in using 'Microsoft Office Suite' and project management software and tools, or willingness to learnTertiary qualification in carpentry, construction management or a related fieldWhat we offer:
