Project Manager

The business has spent the last 24 months reinventing itself and is looking for the right people to contribute to its future. In the new year, they require an experienced commercial construction Project Manager to join their refreshed team in their brand-new offices.They specialize in commercial new builds up to $15m in the Educational, Health, Community, Institutional, and Industrial sectors. Experience in delivering projects in these sectors is critical.The Construction Manager has an open-door policy and prioritizes mentoring and nurturing his team to ensure career growth. They have regular goal-setting and upskilling catch-ups to ensure their valued team members are on track to hit not only company goals but also personal goals.They also have a bonus system that includes up to 5 extra paid days off per year, along with bi-annual events, which include Grand Final Day and the like.As a PM within their business, you will be expected to run up to three projects at any given time depending on size. You will be supported by an assigned CA and junior CA as needed.This business breeds builders.
