We specialise in innovative approaches and the latest technologies to deliver the best quality projects in the safest way possible.ABOUT THE ROLE:With some exciting projects in the pipeline for 2025, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.As the Project Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering all contractual requirements of the awarded contracts for the lifespan of the project.The Project Manager will interpret plans, schedule, forecast, resource & manage all technical activities ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion whilst controlling costs and payments, negotiating with clients, employees, and subcontractors.The Project Manager coordinates and has budgetary authority for projects and is the principal project administrator developing and maintaining strong communication links between the organisation and clients/customers, subcontractors, governing bodies, legal departments, and all employees.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the General Manager, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:Manage and lead assigned projects to completion, ensuring delivery and execution on-time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.Plan, implement and monitor project timelines to achieve scope, quality, cost, time, safety, and environmental requirements in accordance with relevant policies.Manage financial reporting of project status and forecasting to delivery to the executive team.Plan and allocate resources to optimize project delivery according to scope and hitting milestones and targets.Manage compliance with applicable codes, practices, IMS standards, OHS&E, performance standards, and specifications.Lead, guide, and inspire team members, enabling clear communication and expectations to ensure collaboration for best project results.Drive continuous improvement by adopting new practices and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders.ABOUT YOU:A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry.Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or related discipline.Comprehensive understanding of construction project management.Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities.Deadline-focused, proficient in planning, organizing, and working to timelines.WHY ELITE ROADS:A respected organisation with stability and security.Exciting projects in the pipeline with endless skill and knowledge development opportunities.Support and guidance from an experienced and knowledgeable team.A collaborative, positive, and passionate culture.Competitive remuneration and benefits.If this job sounds like a journey you would be suited to, we would love to hear from you!Hit the apply now button or for further information or to arrange a confidential discussion regarding the role please contact: ******
