The criteria for this position are outlined below:About the Role:Reporting to the Major Projects Manager, the Project Managers will play an integral part of the team helping to deliver recently awarded projects and assist us in continuing to grow the company into the future.Key objectives include driving project performance to achieve tendered objectives and targets in a way that encourages continued business with customers.Duties & Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining rapport with key internal and external stakeholders, such as customer and vendor representatives and Supervisors and Managers regarding product design and new construction.Monitoring maintenance requirements to ensure maximum equipment efficiency.Develop project schedules and deliver project management solutions to ensure on-time delivery within budget.Determine resource requirements, as well as contractual and procurement strategies which are to be adopted for the projects.Monitor project budgets in liaison with operational stakeholders to ensure spending is controlled to meet financial targets.Implement and ensure ongoing compliance with business engineering plans, procedures, and policies.Ensure standards of high quality, safety, cost, and performance are observed across all tasks.Interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications that conform with laws, regulations, and safety standards, and providing guidance on procedures and methods to achieve production requirements.You will have:A technical college or higher level qualification.Demonstrated experience in project management.Substantial knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and design requirements.Substantial level of interpersonal, written and oral communication, and negotiating skills.Above all else - drive, energy, and a practical approach are the skills we value.Benefits & Culture:Immediate Start Available.Full-Time position.Long-term secure employment.Attractive remuneration package.Excellent work/life balance.Modern & dynamic company.Investment in new 'state of the art' equipment.Hofmann Engineering Pty.
