Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The primary goal of this role is the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects. You will manage a diverse portfolio that includes subdivisions, infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and Responsibilities Oversee all project facets to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Direct a team of site supervision staff, monitoring project progress and providing detailed reports. Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and implementation plans. Effectively manage project budgets and control costs. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in civil construction. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge. Proven expertise in project management, planning, and cost control. Outstanding communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic approach to challenges. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to mentoring team members at all levels.
