DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager with Business Analyst skills to support the transition of business and finance processes from one entity to another.

You will manage multiple streams, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
The role is a blend of 80% project management and 20% business analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transition programme to establish our client as an independent entity.
Collaborate with leads to track activities, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met.
Prepare reports, minutes, and status updates for steering committees and other stakeholders.Work with stakeholders to identify and recommend process improvements.
Document workflows and secure sign-offs from relevant stakeholders across business domains (finance, revenue management, legal, compliance).Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support decision-making and enhance our client's reputation as a collaborative partner.ProfileProven experience in project management, ideally within finance, infrastructure, or energy sectors.Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic oversight and detailed execution.Strong business analysis skills with experience in process improvement and workflow documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively with senior leaders and external partners.Experience in the energy sector (including infrastructure projects) is desirable but not essential.Job OfferFull-time contract (6-month term, with potential for extension)Competitive remuneration: day rate or fixed-term employee option availableHybrid work environment based in CBDOpportunity to work on a high-impact project shaping the future of NSW's energy infrastructure.For a confidential discussion please send your CV.
