Our client is a well-established and nationally recognized Tier 2 commercial builder with projects valued up to $800M, and has the capability to deliver projects of any size and scale across all industry sectors.

They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects valued at $100M+ with a focus on Health or Education sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major commercial construction projectsManage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Manage and mentor project teams, driving high performance and collaboration across the teamsWhat They're Looking For: Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant industry qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing projects valued at $100M+Client-facing with a proven track record in working well under pressureAbility to lead and performance manage a construction team to deliver projects on time and under budget #J-18808-Ljbffr
