About the Role
We need someone to:
Develop and manage detailed project budgets.
Lead end-to-end project management, from creative briefing through to execution, including supervising setup, delivery, and breakdown of activation events.
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clear timelines and ensuring all team members, contractors, and suppliers understand their roles and deliverables.
Host onsite activations where required, interacting with passersby and encouraging them to get involved.
Oversee the procurement and warehousing of activation equipment, implementing efficient inventory management systems to track and maintain materials.
Create comprehensive project reports, analysing performance metrics and gathering insights to inform future improvements.
Prepare compelling client proposals to secure new opportunities.
Requirements
Sydney based.
NSW Drivers' License.
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Canva.
