From managing compliance to scaling practices, our software supports everyday tasks so clients can focus on providing great advice and growing their business.Midwinter's digital advice framework seamlessly interacts with our flagship AdviceOS platform, enabling advisers to deliver quality advice at a lower cost and greater scale, and providing a new way for advisers to engage with their clients.About The RoleBased in our Sydney or Melbourne office The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the needs of clients are met at every stage of project implementation, resulting in client satisfaction.
Maintaining plans, tracking deliverables including resource management, budget management, risk & issue management, and change request management.What You'll DoEstablish and effectively manage one or more workstreams within larger project to deliver quality outcomes from estimation through to deploymentCo-ordinate resourcing, tracking and managing activities and deliverables to achieve outcomesIdentify, assess, manage project risks and develop and execute mitigation strategiesCommunicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to program team members and clientsAnalyse budget variances and take appropriate actionDevelop and manage relevant vendor contracts/agreementsUnleash your potential To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:Experience in Agile Project methodology delivering large scale packaged software implementations within the Fintech industryKnowledge of financial advice, investment, superannuation, social security and taxation.Customer success ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Structured approach to organising a delivery team, across resourcing, scheduling, delivery and meeting commercial outcomesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long term partnerships and influence.Experience interpreting business requirements, identify opportunities and communicating design strategy and rationale.Working at MidwinterOur people are the heart of our business.
