These roles will lead the day-to-day stakeholder engagement, finance transformation and project management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be supporting the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the various workstreams, working closely with the relevant leads.The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focussed in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.What You'll DoLead and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverablesManage and lead one or more workstreams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirementsMonitor and control each phase and steps of project implementationIdentify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individualsFind solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issuesPrepare and deliver project management deliverables, including meeting minutes and reports, to the appropriate steering committee or equivalent forumWhat You'll BringProject delivery experience in a large, multi-brand organisation, utilising technology to uplift Financial capabilitiesEnd-to-end experience working on high value, complex projectsA strong track record in leading and delivering quality outcomesExperience in both Finance and Technology functions along with Project Management capabilitiesDemonstrated experience in system implementations (ideally ERPs)Retail experience and knowledge of the sector will be highly regardedWhat You'll ExperienceA progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers plus paid superannuation for up to 12 months while the Team Member is on parental leave - eligible from the first day of employmentPlease note that the Woolworths support office is closed for the festive season from 21 December 2024.
