About Our Client Our client is a mid-tier head contractor who delivers commercial new build and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value.
With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality end product on technically demanding projects and as such they are looking for a Project Manager with a desire to be challenged and tested.

Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Leading project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.
)Financial responsibility for projectsMonthly cost reporting to the board of directorsMentoring more junior team membersThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in valuePrior experience delivering projects in the industrial sector advantageousCommercial acumen and strong financial management skillsWhat's on Offer On offer:
