What role will you play?As a key member of our change team, you will be instrumental in delivering transformation and operational improvements. You will support the use of key capabilities and analytics tools, ensuring our services to Commodities and Global Markets and our clients are continually enhanced. In this fast-paced and outcome-focused environment, you will work closely with various stakeholders across Operations and the Corporate Operations Group to achieve impactful results.
You will also work across a variety of projects and project activities such as gathering data and requirements, leading change across the team, and coordinating user acceptance testing and change management. In addition, you will be across business analysis, project management and change management.
What you offerDegree in Finance, Commerce, or Information Technology, with certifications in Business Analytics, Innovation, or related areasStrong data analysis and numerical skillsAbility to prioritise work schedules and deliver to tight deadlines under pressureA self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn through your own experiencesPrevious experience or knowledge of Financial Markets and associated products is preferred.
