Established over 30 years ago, this varied property business will see you delivering new build projects across industrial, commercial & residential as well as looking to add value to existing assets through capital upgrades.
The RoleYou'll take projects from DA all the way through to completion, getting involved across the full project lifecycle.
This is a new role and so the responsibilities will be built out over time.
You'll help bring in projects on time, on budget and meeting quality standards, work with local councils, bring on board consultants and contractors and enjoy full ownership.
The week will be split between time spent in the office or on site.
The IndividualYou're a client-side Project Manager with experience delivering new build industrial developments.
You'll have had some exposure to all areas of the project lifecycle, and be comfortable taking ownership of the PM function.
