ABOUT THE COMPANY. My client is a family owned Civil Contractor based out in Western Sydney.
They have grown rapidly over the last few years and have become a preferred Contractor for many high profile Builders, Transport NSW and Developers.
In line with their growth plans, they have created this new Project Manager position in the business for an upcoming project in Western Sydney.
The successful candidate will be overlooking the project and reporting to the Construction Manager.
You will have the assistance of multiple Site and Project Engineers.
ABOUT THE POSITION. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for the on-time delivery of this project.
Working closely with senior management will ensure that progression and development are closely tracked which eventually leads to steady career growth.
You will have a team of Engineers and Supervisors reporting directly to you.

Driving project to ensure it is on track for a prompt deliveryProgramming and scheduling of worksClient and subcontractor managementFinancial reportingProject costing and budgetsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similarPrior project management experienceExperience with land development or infrastructure projectsStrong project commercial acumenCULTURE.
