As we experience exceptional growth in both our company and the data centre industry, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney office.
This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while being a key part of our expanding team.
In this role, you will: Lead and foster sustainable growth within your team, creating a dynamic environment that encourages learning, development, and innovation.Oversee the daily coordination and smooth operation of your team's activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project goals.Manage resource allocation, workforce scheduling, customer service, invoicing, and cost control to maintain seamless project execution.Participate in site meetings, conducting inspections and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.Collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to process, estimate, and quote projects effectively.Prioritise health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.Mentor and support your team, including Technicians and Apprentices, in adhering to safety protocols and delivering exceptional quality outcomes for both clients and team members.About You: You will:
Have a background in the cabling, data centre or electrical industries.Be eligible to undergo a NV1 security clearance.Hold a current ACMA licence with endorsements in Structured and Fibre Optics and/or be a fully qualified electrician with current licencing.Encompass strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to consistently deliver high quality projects.Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality assurance (HSEQ).Have an exceptional attention to detail and a high proficiency in using project management software and the MS Office suite.
Experience in using SimPro would be highly desirable.Understand tendering and estimating, as well as basic accounting fundamentals.Be a strong communicator, enthusiastic and driven, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.What's in it for you?
