The Position As the Project Lead reporting to the State Manager, youll manage a full site team, oversee procurement, coordinate design, and ensure seamless project delivery.
Youll engage with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams, while also mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
Skills & Experience Autonomous project delivery from pre-construction through handover Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management Stakeholder management with a client-focused approach In-depth understanding of building methodologies and industry standards Proficiency with MS Project for scheduling Knowledge of QHSE Act and Legislation, and quality management practices Monthly reporting, progress claims, and variation management Expertise with AS Form of Contracts and negotiation skills Ideal Background Tertiary qualification in construction/project management or civil engineering Proven experience delivering projects valued from $5M to $15M Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building, and negotiating skills Remuneration The salary will align with experience and market trends, with an expected range of $200K$240K.
