Job Description The Project Manager will lead and manage a range of projects with significant tactical impact and lengthy project life cycles.
Each Project Manager will be allocated to specific projects – these projects may vary in terms of size and complexity, and a Project Manager may be allocated a number of projects.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Technology and Digital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant completion.
Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in driving project success and achieving our strategic objectives.
You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, essential for coordinating all project aspects across various streams, milestones, complexities, dependencies, and deliverables.
As the Project Manager, you will manage the overall delivery and performance of the team, utilising available tools and processes to maintain consistent velocity and focus on time to value.
You'll have:  Over 6 years of Project Management experience in large technology environments.
At least 2 years of Change Management experience with a proven history of driving successful initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects, including those in Digital, Contact Centres, or Conversational AI, from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Strong experience in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively managing project resources.
Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on project progress, budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Experience in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Proficiency with project delivery software tools such as Jira Workflow Management and Microsoft Project and budget management tools such as Clarity.
Degree and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
