Project Manager

Nationally recognized head contractors with over 40 years of experience operating across Commercial, Health, Education & Government with projects valued up to $400M.

With a recent project win, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take the lead on a new Residential development in the Eastern Suburbs.

Role & Responsibilities: Setting programmes and budgets Managing client and consultant relationships Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality standards are met Bringing projects in on time, to quality and under budget Ideal Candidate: Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications Experience managing new build projects as a Project Manager valued $100M+ from start to finish Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcomes For any questions relating to this role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on 02 9376 8200 or click apply.
