Nationally recognized head contractors with over 40 years of experience operating across Commercial, Health, Education & Government with projects valued up to $400M.
With a recent project win, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take the lead on a new Residential development in the Eastern Suburbs.
Role & Responsibilities:Setting programmes and budgetsManaging client and consultant relationshipsDriving construction teams and subcontractors on siteEnsuring Health, Safety and Quality standards are metBringing projects in on time, to quality and under budgetIdeal Candidate:Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management or relevant industry qualificationsExperience managing new build projects as a Project Manager valued $100M+ from start to finishClient facing with a proven track record in working well under pressureSound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractorsAbility to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcomesFor any questions relating to this role or any other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on or click apply.
