They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.Job DescriptionLead & manage your delivery team.Manage & drive projects from procurement to final completion.Responsibility of ensuring quality, programme & constructability is met.Co-ordinate & oversee client and stakeholder meetings.Knowledge and understanding of WHS requirements, industry standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.Build professional business relationships internally and externally.Contract administration, invoicing and project variation management.Mentor & train junior staff members.Create & promote a positive team environment by managing team members & ensuring behaviours align with company values.Requirements for this roleMinimum three (3) years experience as a Project Manager in the retail, hospitality and commercial sectors working on projects between $500k and $15 million.Strong interpersonal relationship skills.From a trade or shopfitting background.Experience in hospitality, education, aged care.At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
