Our client is a tier 3 builder with over 30 years' operating in NSW predominately in the industrial and commercial sectors up to $60M. This business prides itself on client relationships; they don't open tenders, only taking on work if it is closed tender or negotiated. 90% of work is with repeat clients.

Project ManagerReporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of new projects in the Sydney metro area. Working closely with a close-knit and highly resourced team, you will mentor and drive the project to success.

About YouSuccessful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of new build projects over $20M.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management or Engineering.Proven experience completing multiple projects from start to completion in the industrial or commercial sectors.3+ years of professional experience working in a Project Manager role on large-scale developments.Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.High attention to detail, strong project governance, reporting, and programming skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A positive can-do attitude and being a team player.
