Project Manager

Our client is a Tier 3 builder who has been in the industry for close to 60 years.
They specialize in commercial, education, retail and industrial projects up to $50m and very respected in what they do.
They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join the business to deliver a $40M Commercial Industrial build in Sydney's Inner West  Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a new $40M Commercial builder which includes a partial demo of an existing building and a two storey new build along with car park and associated civil works.
Working closely with a close knit and highly resourced team you will mentor and drive the project successfully.
About You Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects over $40m.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering.
Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion in the Tier 2 or 3 space in Australia 7+ years professional experience working in a Project Manager role on technical projects.
Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.
High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
