Location: Sydney, New South Wales Type: Contract Job #17110 Overview Our large commercial client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a transformation program on a 6-month initial day rate contract, with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration and ERP systems, specifically NetSuite and Business Central.
You will play a key role in navigating the organisation through significant growth and change while effectively engaging with stakeholders across various levels and backgrounds.
Responsibilities Lead data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
Manage the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems.
Drive project objectives in alignment with organisational goals, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates while managing expectations.
Collaborate with technical teams to bridge communication gaps and ensure successful project execution.
Navigate and adapt to the complexities and ambiguities of a rapidly changing business environment.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical staff to executive leadership.
Skills Extensive experience as a Project Manager, particularly in data migration and ERP systems.
Experience with NetSuite and Business Central.
Proven track record in organisations undergoing significant growth and change.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of interacting with diverse backgrounds and seniority levels.
Ability to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders and bridge any gaps.
High adaptability and resilience in managing ambiguity and evolving project requirements.
Experience in the FMCG sector, with an understanding of relevant business activities.
B2C product sales experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
