  Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand project details.
Survey Knowledge: Utilize survey equipment and set reference points for grids and layouts.
Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of survey alignments, earthwork volumes, geotechnical issues, project budgeting, and cost control.
Industry Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and suppliers.
Engineering Implementation: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for project execution.
Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Estimating: Accurately estimate time and materials for each project.
Construction Planning: Assess engineering drawings to determine construction order.
Site Management: Prepare and maintain a clean construction site as needed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
Machinery Oversight: Manage the use of machinery and equipment on-site.
Communication: Read plans and blueprints, effectively communicating instructions to the workforce.
Safety Management: Understand safety and management principles relevant to the construction industry.
Training and Compliance: Attend all required trainings, meetings, and compliance-related activities.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in civil projects.
Strong background in basement and shoring works.
Excellent knowledge of survey equipment and construction methodologies.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
