About The Opportunity
Programmed's Property Services department are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Grounds team, based in Sydney. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that deliver landscaping, grounds maintenance and open spaces for various commercial and government clients. This position is responsible for ultimately ensuring our work is done to a high standard in a safe and efficient manner. We have recently won several new contracts meaning you will be working on dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates Oversee the delivery of high standard works for variety of customers Ensure all planning is completed in an accurate and timely manner ensuring mitigation of HSE risks Communicate all operational requirements and site information to staff and subcontractors Conduct safety discussions including toolbox talks Coach, mentor and develop operational staff and identify high potential people Recruitment of staff and engagement of HR for guidance and advice as needed About You
To join our team, you will have experience within a similar Project Manager role, a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
Qualifications in Horticulture Experience within a grounds, landscaping or horticultural role High level communication and problem solving skills Driver's License Ability to obtain a national police clearance and complete a full medical About Us
