They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in managing technically complex projects and strong client stakeholder management abilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction projects valued at $100M or more. If you join the team, your vital contribution will be a source of great satisfaction and pride.
To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager you will require:
Hold a professional relevant degree in construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture.
Possess Project Management qualifications or a comparable blend of expertise and experience.
Have project management experience, particularly in design, management, or construction, delivering mixed-use (commercial/residential) projects up to and over $100M plus.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, including post-project assessment.
Possess extensive knowledge and experience in all key project management principles, tools, and techniques incl. iCIRT.
Have experience in a client-centric, professional services consultancy setting.
Knowledge of the Sydney and wider NSW market is essential.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a demonstrated history of fulfilling client expectations.
