We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Our Clients residential projects from conception to completion.
In this role, you will drive project success, ensuring that all deliverables meet time, quality, and budget expectations.
You will manage a diverse team of professionals from various trades and backgrounds, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.

Key Duties: Ensure compliance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 throughout all project phases.Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.Lead a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication and collaboration among all parties.Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures.Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide progress updates to senior management and clients.Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and third-party inspectors.Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with Class 2 residential projects (advantageous).Strong knowledge of the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.If you don't meet all the above requirements - but believe you have something special to bring to this role - we still want to hear from you!
