TMGM, a leading multi-asset financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at TMGM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and monitor the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and budget allocation.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders, project team members, and third-party vendors.
Track and report project progress, ensuring compliance with project milestones and deliverables.
Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and providing budget forecasts.
Facilitate effective decision-making, issue resolution, and risk management through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.
Proven 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the financial services or related industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in financial product development and/or trading platforms is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, track, and report project progress.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience managing projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or software development is a plus.
