Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop project plans and determine resource allocation to ensure flawless execution.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Keep collaborators, customers, partners, and team members informed of project progress, potential challenges, and concerns.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success and enhance team performance.
Find opportunities to enhance processes and standard methodologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a scientific or technical field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed to support project goals.
