Ventia delivers facilities management services to the City of Sydney's portfolio of 251 facility assets and this contract is one of the largest and most prestigious local government facilities management contracts in Australia and New Zealand.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team in our Town Hall office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Managers and internal/external stakeholders to support delivery of comprehensive projects and manage work programs on behalf of the client.

What you'll be doing: Manage and maintain project cost plans including forecasting of risks and cost contingencies. Establish measurable performance indicators for subordinates, subcontractors, and suppliers. Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process. Contribute to a culture of delivering exceptional customer, client, and shareholder value. Work collaboratively with the City, Property Management Provider, Asset Compliance Contractor, and other stakeholders. Could you be our next Project Manager? Experience working in a similar role, or from a construction, facilities management, property maintenance or similar background. Strong stakeholder management skills with sound written and verbal communication skills. Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc).
