About the Company A NSW government department is looking for a Project Manager (non ICT) to join their team. This position is based in Parramatta with WFH options. This is a 3 month contract and is paying $700 per day + super.About the RoleLead program planning, support and delivery on a strategic and day to day basis including, developing and implementing appropriate governance and risk frameworks, performance measures, reporting standards, assessment tools and systems to track, monitor and report on identified milestones and deliverables to ensure effective governance of new and existing programs from inception to completion.Lead project planning, support and delivery on a strategic and day to day basis including, scope, time, change and budget management, procurement, resourcing, quality, governance, risk, stakeholder and comms planning and management.Lead a team successfully, effectively, and efficiently to deliver project and program support and outcomes.Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and processes to improve the project management delivery of the Department.Work collegially with internal stakeholders and program partners to scope, develop and deliver programs and projects, ensuring consistency in outcomes and direction, and embedding best practice program and project management frameworks to deliver identified outcomes within required timeframes.Provide expert advice and briefings to the senior executive, project leads and project/ program teams on program and project and program deliverables and design.Skills & ExperienceThe role has autonomy to deliver projects programs, and to change priorities within approved business plansLeads a team in the delivery and support of projects and programsEnsures all documents, reports, ministerial correspondence, project proposals, procurement documents and submissions are completed within required timeframes and to a high standardExcellent communication skillsHow to Apply Click APPLY or contact Emma on ****** for a confidential discussion.
