The Company
Join a well-established, locally owned construction firm with a team of over 160 professionals. For over 15 years, this company has delivered more than 40 successful projects and is now gearing up for a new phase of growth, with 15 ongoing projects and more in the pipeline for next year.
Their projects, valued between $30M and $120M, focus on luxury and boutique developments known for high-end finishes.
With a stable senior leadership team, the company offers a strong foundation for career development and progression.
The Position
Starting soon, you will take on a $30M residential project in the Parramatta region. Reporting to a Construction Manager, you'll lead a full site team and be responsible for managing the procurement process, coordinating design, and collaborating with your site team to drive the project to a successful completion. You will also manage communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams.
This development is a landmark project, bringing a touch of glamour to Parramatta and setting a new standard for the region.
Salary: $200K - $230K, based on experience.
Ideal Background & Skillset
Degree in Construction Management or related field
Proven experience in managing multi-story residential projects over $20M
Understanding the challenges of working on inner-city or high-traffic sites
Strong grasp of corporate governance, procurement, financial reporting, and safety protocols
Client-facing, with knowledge of the local subcontractor market and the ability to effectively drive project programs
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
