The Position Starting soon, you will take on a $30M residential project in the Parramatta region. Reporting to a Construction Manager, you'll lead a full site team and be responsible for managing the procurement process, coordinating design, and collaborating with your site team to drive the project to a successful completion. You will also manage communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams.
This development is a landmark project, bringing a touch of glamour to Parramatta and setting a new standard for the region.
Salary: $200K - $230K, based on experience.
Ideal Background & Skillset Degree in Construction Management or related fieldProven experience in managing multi-story residential projects over $20MUnderstanding the challenges of working on inner-city or high-traffic sitesStrong grasp of corporate governance, procurement, financial reporting, and safety protocolsClient-facing, with knowledge of the local subcontractor market and the ability to effectively drive project programsA proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and integrityThis is a great time to join a busy builder with a strong pipeline of work.
