Newly created Civil Project Manager position to deliver large scale bulk/detailed earthwork projects in Western Sydney!
ABOUT THE COMPANY.

My client is a family owned Civil Contractor based out in Western Sydney. They have grown rapidly over the last few years and has become a preferred Contractor for many high profile Builders. In line with their growth plans, they have created this new Project Manager position in the business for an upcoming project in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will be overlooking the project and reporting to the Construction Manager. You will have the assistance of multiple Site and Project Engineers.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for the on-time delivery of this project. Working closely with senior management will ensure that progression and development are closely tracked which eventually leads to a steady career growth. You will have a team of Engineers and Supervisors reporting directly to you.

DUTIES. Programming and scheduling of works Client and subcontractor management Quality assurance OHSE Project costing and budgets SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar Prior project management experience Experience with bulk or detailed earthwork projects Proficient in Microsoft Project Strong financial acumen CULTURE.
