YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with HQ product, R&D, and modelling team togain a solid understanding on hardware, software, and power system models of Sungrowproducts. 
- Support clients' consulting companies on product and modellingenquiries, e.g., harmonics data, protection settings, model settings, etc. 
- Working closely with HQ team to close issue trackers in a timelymanner, to ensure the best technical outcomes for the projects. 
- Prepare and review technical notes or technical reports.·Support Project Manager on key term sheet review, particularly inrelation to Grid connection Standards (GPS), R1, R2, etc. 
- Support Project Manager on bidding preparation. 
- Participate in R2 model validation site testing and holdpoint report preparation. 
- Participatein reviewing and negotiating on connection agreements. 
- Participate inmeetings of clients with regulator and market operator (AEMO), network service providersand provide support for clients where needed.

OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must have full working rights in Australia. 
- Hold as a minimum an Electricity Engineering bachelor's degree, a master'sdegree is preferable. 
-Industry experience is preferable.·Good to have an understanding of technical requirements (NERSchedule S5.2 and S5.3). 
- Solid knowledge of power systems principles. 
- Skillset in PSCAD, PSS/E, Python, MATLAB and DIgSILENT/PowerFactory. 
- Experience in Power Systems Engineering is preferable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utility PV/ESS pre-sales project sales coordination includingaccount/client management, account plan development, project/portfolio managementand follow-up, etc. 
- Utility PV/ESS post-sales project delivery coordination including involvementin contract negotiation, stakeholder management, schedule management,commissioning coordination and all necessary steps to achieve project issuccessfully delivered and receivable is received. 
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Including project team,delivery team, function team, etc.) and external stakeholders (includingclients, NSP, consulting, EPC, Authorities etc.) throughout the whole projectphase from project opportunity identification to project delivery/commissioningand smooth O&M phase. 
- Contract management involvement and administration with client andsubcontractor: supporting commercial and legal review for EPC Contract, O&MContract, Supply Agreement, term sheet, contract schedules, warranty documentsetc. with input from internal and external resources 
- Work with internal and external resources and lead the negotiation withclients. 
- Internal project management activities including routine meetingand reporting 
- Relevant marketing work including project publishing, case studydevelopment, seminar/webinar attending, etc. 
- Contributing to the establishment of Company's PMO by bringingexisting project management skills/knowledge. 
- Providing necessary engineering and grid connection relatedcoordination skills to technical team and grid connectionteam.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide after sales service support for key customers related residential PV and ESSsystems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfaction
- Provides initial commissioning plans, as well as coordinates commissioning activities forsuccessful delivery 
- Support line manager to oversee residential PV and ESS systems support operations andhandle escalation enquiries raised
