YOUR ROLE As a Project Manager in the Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) division, your role involves facilitating the successful management and execution of various projects focused on improving organisational capability within highly regulated industry.
You'll play an active role in defining project delivery plans, shaping, and managing scope, solution, and delivery approach, all while fostering productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders, as well as delivery partners.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne. ABOUT YOU Strong project delivery experience working within General Insurance and Financial Services, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape. Essential knowledge and practical experience with a wide range of project management tools, but specifically Jira and Confluence. Excellent influencing and team management skillswith demonstrable experience in drivingdelivery outcomes of a team. Demonstrated experience in cost management, budgeting and forecasting with excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in both Agile practices as well as more traditional methodologies.
