The Role Client management and engagement at a high level – Superintendent, facility user, loss adjustor + consultants Successfully deliver a $14m Industrial refurb/upgrade project for a key client Deliver complex project within a live, operational environment Take ownership of the project from the outset, managing the design and overseeing procurement before leading construction Drive the programme and achieve or exceed project deadlines Manage and lead an experienced project team Head contract management Programming and scheduling Cost reports and budget forecasting The Person Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering (or similar) Involvement in the tender process for new work to then deliver successfully won project from the outset through to handover Prior experience managing operational environments and the procedures taken to manage risks and challenges Heritage / Heavy Refurb experience essential Programming, scheduling and sequencing abilities Design management and ability to find alternative solutions Expert knowledge with building codes, standards and methodologies Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines The Package Immediate interview + immediate start/pending notice period A critical position on a variety of interesting, complex projects Direct engagement and partnership with an experienced project team Progression, mentorship and development – They are committed about your ongoing development and upskilling and will provide in-house & external training As a growth area, uncapped potential to step into a Senior role working closely with the Regional Manager Interested?
