The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for management of the College's infrastructure pipeline, driving project planning and reporting of both large and small scale infrastructure projects, and leading the Grounds and Maintenance team to ensure the operational readiness of the College's facilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving the implementation of the College Infrastructure Master Plan and capital expenditure program, including consultant and contract management, project execution, budget management and reporting.
Leading the Grounds and Maintenance team in day-to-day operations and capital works activities.
Managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
Providing expert advice and guidance on infrastructure and facilities matters.
Contributing to a culture of engagement, high performance, and compliance with College policies, including WHS.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in project management coupled with demonstrable professional experience managing significant infrastructure projects and capital expenditure budgets.
Knowledge of grounds, maintenance, and facilities management.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead teams.
Exceptional problem-solving ability and advanced digital literacy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated capability to thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
