Space Landscape Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dry Creek, South Australia.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering a range of exciting construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning to completionLiaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project deliveryDevelop and monitor project plans, budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks proactivelyManage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise efficiency and productivityEnsure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality assurance regulationsProvide regular progress updates and reports to senior managementActively contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors and team membersStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment, as well as relevant industry regulations and standardsProficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project / Gantt chartsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceCertification in Project Management (e.g.
