Role DetailsThe Project Manager in the DHS Equipment Program is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Support at Home Assistive Technology (AT) - Home Modifications (HM) Loan Scheme in South Australia. This role involves providing strategic advice to senior management, ensuring a high-quality service design, and establishing effective governance and reporting mechanisms. The Project Manager will also build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Scoping and implementing the AT-HM Loan Scheme.Providing strategic advice to senior management and executives.Building partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders.This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of the AT-HM Loan Scheme.
Special ConditionsNational Police Check required.

Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
