The Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in bricklaying and masonry to manage our on-site projects and lead a small team of tradespeople. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified bricklayer who's ready to step up into a management role, taking responsibility for running day-to-day operations, managing materials, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team of tradespeople on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards are met.Oversee the day-to-day operations of brick and block laying projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and to specification.Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor project budgets and report on progress to senior management.Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry regulations.About You:You are a qualified bricklayer with several years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. You're now looking for a chance to step into a leadership position where you can apply your skills in a more strategic and managerial role. Your ability to work independently, think on your feet, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
