The Adelaide Production and Treatment Alliance is a partnership with SA Water and is responsible for operating and maintaining five water treatment plants and five wastewater treatment plants that deliver services to the Adelaide Metropolitan regions.
Working in partnership with SA Water as one brand and one team, the Adelaide Production & Treatment Alliance (P&T Alliance) will enable a safe and engaged workforce to meet SA Water's customer service targets and regulated responsibilities at the lowest sustainable cost for Adelaide customers. With improved integration and collaboration, the P&T Alliance team combines expertise from SUEZ and SA Water under a shared responsibility structure to ensure delivery of trusted water services our community needs now and into the future.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects as part of the annual Minor Capital Works Program for the Adelaide Services Alliance. This role will involve managing minor capital projects and emergency maintenance works, ensuring the effective delivery of projects in line with SA Water's standards.
Your primary duties will include:
Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, and risk management for Minor Capital and emergency maintenance projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Manage procurement activities, including drafting tender specifications, tender evaluations and approval submissions.Ensure projects are delivered within budget, monitor costs, and assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports.Implement and review technical and operational standards, conduct post-project reviews, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including SA Water's project sponsors, O&M teams, and subcontractors.We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience: Solid experience in managing construction or capital works projects.Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.Engineering or trade qualifications and/or project management experience (preferred).A current unrestricted driver's licence is required.Why Join Us?
