Our client is an established construction and development company based in the city fringes.
Led by ambitious individuals with over 30 years of combined experience in the Adelaide development market, they are eager to grow their team while continuing to deliver excellence in services and products for their customers.

To support the client's active and ongoing developments, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee projects and ensure work is performed following agreed plans and specifications on Commercial and Industrial projects.
This role will suit an individual who thrives in busy environments and can manage multiple priorities.
You will be a team player who builds strong stakeholder relationships and demonstrates effective communication skills in all forms.

Reporting to the Managing Director, and working closely with Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Cadets, you will be responsible for;

Achieve the successful implementation of defined projects to required functional and quality standards while meeting completion dates and budgets.Prepare detailed Construction Programs, including milestones to track progress.Ensure site team members, contractors and consultants are working following the company, client and legislative requirements.Plan site establishment functionality to incorporate site security, project timelines and WHS & Environmental issues before commencement on site.Implement the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) across all projects to comply with quality accreditation standards and ensure any defects are identified and rectified to the client's satisfaction.React promptly and professionally to client enquiries, complaints and requests.You will have proven project management experience in a similar environment, with a tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering or a trade qualification with further relevant education.
A White Card, Risk Management training, a Senior First Aid certificate and experience using Microsoft Project are all desirable.

This role offers a great degree of autonomy, it is expected that you will take ownership of the day-to-day requirements and any projects allocated by the Executives.
