You have outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, and can navigate complex organisational settings effectively, collaborating well with a diverse array of stakeholders.About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading and managing the planning and delivery of complex projects in support of capital works and maintenance programs within the University's built asset environment. Individual projects may have values up to $20m.Essential Skills and ExperienceQualifications and substantial experience in Project Management within the built environmentDemonstrated experience in analysing stakeholders' needs and developing robust project briefsProven ability to use effective Project Management skills to successfully deliver a portfolio of building related projectsKnowledge and understanding of technical issues and requirements for commercial buildingsDemonstrated experience in the effective leadership and management of large project teams including technical and specialist resources and external consultantsBenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
