An Exciting opportunity to provide project support and coordination to improve outcomes for people experiencing heart rhythm disorders This position presents an exciting opportunity to provide high-level project management capabilities and support the strategic direction of the Centre for Heart Rhythm Disorders.
The Project Manager will facilitate the implementation, conduct, completion, and reporting of clinical studies. This includes trial monitoring, ongoing trial administrative support, and maintaining positive and transparent relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, contract research organisations, clinicians, and government/regulatory bodies.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure timeline adherence and scope of multi-site clinical trials, whilst ensuring quality delivery. This will also entail mentoring, training of team members and reviewing all key clinical study documentation while working under the general direction of the Director of the CHRD and the Principal Investigator of individual studies.
To be successful you will need: Experience in project management, including adherence to sound practices such as project planning, executing plans, monitoring and reporting, achieving milestones and managing relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, publications, grant and ethics applications.Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and work independently.Excellent interpersonal skills to work collegially as part of a team and with a wide range of stakeholder groups.Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in computer skills.Enjoy an outstanding career environment The University of Adelaide is a uniquely rewarding workplace.
