We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Australia. This is an amazing opportunity to work on library systems. The team consists of three and is reporting to the Implementation Service Director. We would love to speak with you if you have experience in implementation projects for library system or any enterprise system previously.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.M.A Information management or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be given priorityAt least 2 years' relevant experience is requiredBackground in library workflows/standards strongly preferredExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsDemonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver trainingAbility to learn new information quickly and keep up with rapidly changing products and processesIt would be great if you are . . . Project manager with experience in SAAS implementation in higher education industry. Background in library workflows/standards strongly preferredExperience with Ex Libris products would be advantageWhat will you be doing in this role? Implementing software products and services across APAC – preference experience in library system/workflow, implementing ERP solutionsParticipate and contributes to process improvement, global initiative, and work standardization across APACAct as overall primary point of contact for the customer project teamCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing requirementsManages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scopeManages project risk through mitigation planningFacilitates team and customer meetingsHolds regular status meetings with project teamKeeps executive team and stakeholders informed of project progressEffectively applies Project Management methodology, PS procedures, processes, etc.Perform software product configuration, based on customer's requirementsAnalyze and troubleshoot customer issues and requests, provide first line support to customers during implementation cycleInterpret and understand customer requirements and workflows and translate into software solutionsProvide product training to customers, via Web-based or on-site trainingReview and contribute to training materials, implementation tools and documents used internally and by customersCoordinate extensively with other teams including Cloud Services, Installation, Support, Sales, and Product ManagementHours of Work This is a full-time permanent position with a Monday-Friday working week.
