Project Manager

Paxus is hiring multiple Project Manager roles for the 12-months fixed term contract to work with safety regulation Organisation in Adelaide.
Role 1: The Project Manager Regulatory Systems oversees the transition of the client's core regulatory system to a sustainable low code platform. Responsibilities include ensuring successful delivery of the Regulatory System, managing vendor relationships, and addressing complexities associated with new technology introduction. Additionally, the role involves strengthening processes and documentation, with a focus on implementation management.
Role 2: The Project Manager supports key project workstreams within the IT & Data Strategy Program, assisting in the successful delivery of strategic projects. Responsibilities include supporting delivery leads, enhancing SharePoint, migrating HRIS and Finance platforms, and strengthening processes/documentation.
Role 3: The Application Utilisation Manager oversees Microsoft Applications, leading productivity projects for cost reduction and enhanced profitability. Your expertise in technology applications will drive optimal outcomes across the organisation. Foster team spirit and provide IT expertise for a seamless client experience.
Role 4: To support the IT & Data Strategy, the PMO Manager aligns and oversees projects to achieve strategy goals. You will maintain project visibility for key stakeholders, establish program governance, and ensure transparent reporting to the Executive Committee and Board. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, managing dependencies, and consolidating risk/issues for timely reporting.
