About the job We are in search of a skilled project manager to be part of a team responsible for the management the survey design and construction activities for the Tea Tree Gully Sustainable SewersProject. Your primary focus will be to ensure the successful completion of all allocated outputs within the approved project schedule and budget constraints. As the Project Manager, you will support the coordination of resources, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of effective project management strategies to drive the Tea Tree Gully Sustainable Sewage Project forward. Your role will be pivotal in guaranteeing that the project meets its objectives and fulfils its commitments to enhancing sewerage sustainability in the Tea Tree Gully region.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in project management, with demonstrable experience in overseeing multifaceted projects from inception to conclusion, including exposure to or experience in construction management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and attention to detail are imperative. Moreover, the ability to adeptly manage competing priorities and navigate challenges will be crucial in maintaining project momentum. In addition, your responsibilities will include: Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day.
You will: Lead multi-disciplinary project teams of internal and external subject matter experts and Delivery Partners (capable and committed team)Understand and translate strategic objectives and customer levels of service throughout Capital Delivery teams, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Working together).Improved outcomes – delivery performance for continually improved outcomes for the customer (keeping it simple)Lead safety performance within Delivery Group (capable and committed team)Risk Management: Manage the risk management process at level of operation.

Your success in this role will come from: Demonstrated experience in Project Management (cost, schedule, risk and change management)Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/related degree or significant industry experienceDemonstrated experience to liaise and agree project outcomes with multiple stakeholders in often complex situationsDemonstrated experience in leading and developing teams with focus on organisational constructive culture developmentExcellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verballyExperience or exposure to Construction ManagementDemonstrated experience managing water infrastructure projects and/or programs of workFurther information can be found in the attached PD –Project Manager To apply, click 'Apply'.
