The steady growth in the Remedial division has created an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Sunshine Coast.
This role offers you the chance to work with multiple teams, with close support from the Director, providing an ideal environment for professional growth and the ability to make a real impact.
Responsibilities: Lead multiple remedial works projects ranging from $5 - $15m in value, with support from contract administrators, site management and project supervisors across multiple projects at different phases.Oversee project administration, including variations, delays, RFIs, and stakeholder communications.Provide support to the site team.Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.Qualifications: Experience in project administration and project management.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Gemco Recruitment, founded in Australia in 2010, focuses exclusively on the construction sector.
